1. Acceptance
By using Quantum Services LLC's website or services, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Servicios
We provide automation, custom software and consulting services. The specific scope of each project is defined in a proposal and/or a signed agreement.
3. Pagos
Prices, payment methods and terms are set out in each client's services agreement. Initial setup amounts are non-refundable once the work has begun.
4. Propiedad intelectual
The software, code and systems we develop are the property of Quantum Services LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your operational data is yours.
5. Warranty and liability
We deliver our services with professional diligence. The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific financial results.
6. Disponibilidad
We make a reasonable effort to keep services available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Ley aplicable
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
